Bob Tortora is a seasoned real estate developer with a portfolio exceeding 100 residential projects across New York City and Sag Harbor. His early influence in Sag Harbor was noted by The New York Times, which credited him with helping drive the village’s early-2000s shift by remaking historic properties and fueling renewed buyer interest.
He later served five years on the Sag Harbor Board of Historic Preservation and Architectural Review, strengthening his command of scale, design standards, and long-term value.
A Brookhaven Hamlet resident, Bob brings decades of building and renovation experience, quickly identifying a property’s strengths, limitations, and potential—offering buyers and sellers a more informed foundation for decision-making.
Outside of real estate, he is an avid boater and long-standing beach volleyball player, keeping him closely connected to the Great South Bay and the coastal environment that defines our area.
